My fur baby max

Hi I am asking for help for my little fur baby Max, who has been with me since he's 4 months old , if anybody knows me well they know that he is the love of my life, my little sidekick, and companion, I never leave him alone we are so bonded, he even comes to work with me,  this breaks my heart that this happened to him, I would hope that I can get this fixed for him, so I am asking for a little help if anybody could please ,he has grown a growth in his eye and needs to be removed ,he is going to be 12 years old  ,I don't have the funds for all of the surgery if anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated, I do have pictures it's pretty large in his eye ,and needs to be taken care of as soon as possible, I appreciate everybody reading this ,and helping out any little helps thank you so much. I am using a vet right now in emerald hills hospital in Hollywood Florida. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart from Darlene and Mr Max.
