Hey these are my friends Jake and Erin Egan. They are two of the most amazing humans. Sadly Jake passed away on Monday Sept 12. These two would never ask anyone for anything. Please bless Erin how the Lord lays on your heart . By blessing her you honor Jake’s memory . Erin has depleted all of her personal time off helping care for Jake these last several months .
