My first record: The River Gospel

Aloha, friends!

For my 35th birthday, I am calling in support for the release of my first record entitled, “The River Gospel”.

It has been my heart’s desire to create and release a record for many years. I have recorded a few songs here and there in different styles, never coalescing into a body of work that felt true to my heart's vision. In the last year, almost effortlessly, this album has channeled through me, asking to be birthed.

The River Gospel represents my debut as a performing artist; It is a culmination of my life’s experience, my spiritual quest, and inspiration I’ve received through connecting with nature and being grounded in true love on Kaua’i.

This summer I spent a glorious 30+ hours in the Mauka View recording studio with the rockstar team of Andrews - (my husband, Andrew Chapin and recording engineer, Andrew Vastola). Together we’ve completed 4 of the 7 tracks; including guitar, bass, percussion and vocals.

We have 3 more tracks to go, plus the final mastering process at the end, and of course all the other fun aspects of the record release such as photos, cover art, video, website, release party, and more.

We've poured our hearts and resources into initiating this creation. For my birthday, I'd love to receive your support to bring this vision to life. The funds received will go toward the process I mentioned above along with other unforeseen expenses.
