Since Tuesday November 21st Kai and Annelise's 3.5 week old daughter(my first grandchild) has been fighting for her life in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit due to bacterial menningitis. Her parents have not left her side. They are both devastated with fear as they watch their tiny daughter fight hard to live. Kai is unable to work and has to put his entry in to nursing school on hold. Her recovery will not be short and unknown obstacles are ahead of this young family. I have created this gofund me to help ease their worry of day to day costs of living in the hospital, medical bills, and recovery needs for their baby girl as we believe she will make it through this fight!
