My First Flip this House Project

Wise women have said to me that there's great strength in unity. With collective effort, the impossible becomes possible. Through my own efforts & determination I have acquired the historic home of William Penn, a prominent Pa. legislture of the 19th Century. I am working feverishly to renovate this historical house. My knowledge of the real estate business in Pennsylvania continues to grow. I am an African American Woman, and single Mom who is living proof that anything is possible with hard work, tenacity and vision. But I need support in this endeavour. I need sufficient capital to continue to improve & enhance this vital & historic home. I now must solicit your support for $15, 000.. I am aware of the current economic situation in this nation and I feel strongly that my developers of this home will assist potential low income renters end cycles of homelessness.
