My fight with cholangiocarcinoma

I was diagnosed with this incurable disease on 1st June 2018. On 8th of June the specialist doctor gave me his prognosis. I was told I will have maximum of 11 months to live.
It was at the exact point in my life when I thought I had everything. At 36 I had a beautiful family with 2 young kids, a job I loved and paid well. I thought I had made it.
Then it all came crashing down. I vowed to fight. 20 months on I have been through numerous sessions of chemo, a cycle of immunotherapy and a small surgery. The body is starting to feel the brunt of it all but the spirit is strong.
Spirit doesn't feed the bank balance though and the account is feeling the pinch. All the things I want to do while I am still alive and what I want to leave for my family has become less and less.
So I ask all of you my friends and family of humans to help out.
