Hi I'm Jess and on 12th July 2025 I will be running the STEPUP4 Mental Health 10k for the charity Mind of the Student.

For the last 9 months I have been working in a secondary school and have seen the difference in the ways in which mental health issues are being cared for in comparison to when I was a student. I believe this is just the beginning.

As a result positive mental health has become at the top of my priorities. This opportunity is a chance for me to prove to myself how far I have come and how much I have grown (hence the baby photo hehe!)
