Help my family see my fathers body one last time

My name is Rajdeep Kaur Sidhu. I am a daughter of Rajinder singh sidhu. With a very heavy heart I am announcing that my father passed away in a fatal truck collision on October 2, 2021 in Mattawa , Ontario. It is really an unfortunate thing happened with me and my family. He was only 47years old. My dad came to Canada for the very first time in 2017 and thereafter he continued to stay here with me and used to visit My family which is in India only for 2-3 months. When he was in India he started his first job as a drawing teacher and then along with that he did so many other jobs whichever was possible for him. He worked hard throughout his life so that he can give me and my brother a better future. After so many years of struggle he owned his own truck in India and he was the most happiest person at that time. Later on he sent me to Canada for further studies and he never asked me to work. He always said that I should only focus on my studies and he will take care of everything else. He never let me look back and always encouraged me by saying that “ don’t worry about anything, your dad is still here with you”. I always gave my best to make him proud. He sacrificed his transportation business just to pay for my fees. When he came to me in Canada he did whatever work he can do so that I can study. I have been living here in Canada since 2016 and he always stayed with me and motivated me. He was the biggest strength not only for me but for my family as well. From last 2 years he never visited my family in India and he was living with me and working hard along with me to help me to get my PR. 2 months ago he started working as a truck driver. He always said that , “whatever you need, your dad is always with you. He has so many plans that he shared with me and my family and he chose to work as a truck driver to give us a life he always dreamt of. I still remember from we started and he did everything to fulfill our dreams. We never thought that we will also have to face this situation. Right now I am living on my own here in Canada and my family is in India. My family is devastated and going through so much stress and trauma , so as me. I just got my PR 2 weeks Ago, and he was so excited that he couldn’t express how he was feeling about that moment. He also made plans that when he will come back from a truck, we will give this news to our family together but I never thought he would never return back this time. I was all shattered at the time I heard about my dad.

He was a big support for me and my family. I called him a prideful man and he has every right to be proud of. He means a lot to me and my family. Please help as much as you can to support my family financially in this miserable time. Your every little effort can help at this moment.
