My name is Parneet Kaur and I came to Canada as international and currently I am PR in Canada. My father Iqbal Singh Bhinder who was on visitor status in Canada went missing on September 6 Friday at 9pm. On September 9 we got to know that my father died at Surrey Memorial Hospital.
