My father is in poor health and living conditions

Hi my name is Theresa Calloway. My father has conjunctive heart failure, as far as we know his heart is at about 13-14% and can barely walk due to a bad knee. He can't clean or cook for himself anymore so I've made the decision to move back in to take care of him. But my childhood home is wrecked and a lot of appliances don't work anymore. Such as the washer, dishwasher, one of the toilets and honestly not sure if the A/C unit works anymore. The kitchen needs replacing ever since my dad was unlawfully evicted a few years ago, some homeless people went in there and made a mess of the place and tore it up. My father deserves a better quality of life than his current living conditions. I am willing to put in the hard work to fix up the place but can't afford all the expenses myself. I am the only child and the closest immediate family he has. Anything will help, thank you for time!
