My father got heart attack

Hi, my name is Akashpreet singh  and i lives in Regina from more that 3 years my parents came to regina in May and everything was good and (7 July 2022) my father got hospitalized due to Heart attack and got 1 stint and this happened and we went home after 5 days but again on ( 12 July 2022)he got second heart attack and we were in Regina General hospital. And now My father is fine now with the grace of God. I am sharing this because i still need your help. I received three bills from sask authority on sep 14,2022 (41232+1011+45906 = $88149)and i paid 33000$ and the remaining left i have to pay .One bill is attached, i was trying to attach other two but i did not find option how to attach them. My sister is on study permit, so she cannot work more than 20 hours. If possible, please help as much as you can. I know everyone is working hard, it is really hard to help someone. Me and my family are suffering from this nightmare, i dont even know how long it will take to come out of this. Only thing that make it little easy, is your help.
