hi, i’m raising money to help my family pay for my dog (wilbur’s) eye surgery. Wilbur is 5 years old, he’s bubbly, cuddly, friendly and all round a wonderful addition to our family. Around 3 weeks ago wilbur fell poorly and lost his eyesight and with so he lost his energy and his spark.

wilbur was diagnosed with uveitis, glaucoma and cataracts. he’s been on several different medication to help resolve the issues he’s faced and while they’ve taken away his pain his eyesight was unable to be restored.

my family have already spent thousands of pounds trying to investigate the cause of this, including blood tests, ultrasounds, medications etc however the root cause has yet to be discovered.

in order for him to forever be out of pain, stop taking countless medications multiple times a day, not having to do blood tests and to overall gain his quality of life back, he will have to have his eyes removed.

this surgery is not cheap and it is expected to cost my family thousands of pounds on top of all the other expenses already made.
