Help my family while I beat cancer!

I have too much pride to directly ask anyone for help. I work hard for everything I have. I usually work between 60 and 70 hours a week driving a semi locally. I am by far the principle income earner in my household. I have recently been diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma (agressive cancer) in my Esophugus. My treatment plan revolves around chemo and daily radiation for 5 weeks followed by Esophagectomy surgery, then possibly another round of chemo and radiation. I will be unable to work through my treatments and recovery from surgery. My health is my families primary concern, but this will have devastating consequences on my family financially. We are not worried about creditors, we just need to be able to pay for the roof over our head, utilities, groceries, and one car payment. My wifes income will not cover those necessities. I am reaching out for any help my wife and children can get, so they can limit their concerns to suppporting me and my health.
