Helping my family with finances

Hi my name is Andrea, I am a transgender woman currently waiting until November 17th to leave for my surgery. However, my family, as in my sister, parents and partner, are hoping to come but will be tight with money due to having to pay bills, pay for a flight, pay for a hotel, food, etc. I want to be able to help them while I’m unable to do anything for the 6 months to year I am recovering.

Please help me give my family a less stressful time due to money and give them a reason to go with me even if they can go sightsee.
