My end of life journey.

Hi my name is Robyn and I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer in August 2019. I have metastasis to multiple bones, scalp, lungs and lymph nodes throughout my body. I was on treatment for 2 1/2 years until treatment stopped working and my cancer has progressed. My doctor told me there is nothing more they can do and gave me less than a year to live. This was told to me January 2022. I just turned 60 yrs old. Time is running out and there are things I want to do before my life journey is over. My first diagnosis was Stage 2 Breast Cancer in October 2014. I went through 3 surgeries, 6 months of chemotherapy and 33 radiation treatments in less than a year. I’ve been fighting this disease for 8 years. I am truly blessed to have had this time with my family and friends. I was a single mom and have been single for the past 20 yrs. I graduated from college right before my first cancer diagnosis at age 52. I haven’t been able to work for a year because of my disability. I would use this money to pay for funeral expenses so my children will not have to worry about it. I also have a couple of bucket list things I would like to do. One is to ride a steam train, and the other is to see the Pacific Ocean again. Thank you for taking time to read my journey and thank you for any amount you can donate. It is much appreciated.
