***** UPDATE****** 9/28 King just got dropped off for his surgery! They have to run more blood work first, especially because of his Cushings Disease. So this surgery risky, because he’s going under. But we have Faith and his vet was confident he would be okay. We will be here waiting for him for the next 7-8 hours.

*9/26/22 King will be getting his tail amputated on Wednesday (9/28). I’m driving 3 hours away to take him to the most affordable place which is still estimated at a whopping $1,864.70. It’s never easy asking for money….. but I love my dog, he is my whole heart, and I’d do anything for him. So if you are able to donate or share this post we’d truly appreciate it.

Whatever funds are left from surgery will be used to begin his Cushings disease treatment.

Hi guys my doggy Kingy cut his tail open a couple weeks ago, on August 22. Two big, deep cuts. He went to the vet the next day and had surgery where they stitched up his tail. It cost $1309.70.

With the blood work from the surgery they

found out he is also suffering from Cushings disease, which we haven’t even started the treatment for.

His tail was healing and everything was starting to look okay, but last night I had to help my mother

to and from the ER. And while King was home for a couple hours, with a cone on , he still managed to chew at his tail, poking out the stitches. Opening up the wound. Now we are looking at another surgery for tail removal. I didn’t want to crate a gofundme but it has barely been two weeks since the first surgery, It’s really back to back. And it’s a lot. And now we’re literally back to square one.
