My dog Reggie

Hi, my name is Brian. I rescued a Boxer/Staffordshire Terrier mix in November. His name is Reggie and he is 8 years old. He is the sweetest & most well-behaved animal I have had the privilege to care for.

In March I was let go from my job after 17 years.

Since then Reggie has had:

1. A cyst on his shoulder burst. ($275.04)

2. Pancreatitis. ($637.34)

3. Special diet & follow-up visits. ($323.98)

4. Valley Fever. ($343.63)

5. Foxtail awns lodged in his right ear. ($787.54)

6. A Mast Cell Tumor diagnosis. ($1,478.23)

And today? He was bitten by a rattlesnake. ($1,275.50)

He is in overnight emergency veterinary care right now ($3,088.33). The doctor administered a second antivenin because his swelling isn't improving. ($900.00)

And he has surgery scheduled in two weeks to remove the cancerous tumor. ($1,300.00 est)

I find myself scraping to get by while I look for a job. And these vet bills are mounting. I am overwhelmed.
