My dog Meisha

Hi my name is Jacqueline, my granddaughter Kayla originally signed me up. My little ch -poodle went into congested heart failure.When it was time for him to come home my bill was $7,000 plus his ongoing medication. I am a widow on a fixed government income and do not have the funds to pay these bills. Meisha has been my constant companion since my husband passed 3 years ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
