my dog has severe kidney stones

hey guys this is my dog ralph, he has previously been diagnosed with kidney stones last year and he has been diagnosed again but this time 10x worse. we took him to the vet and they put a pipe down his private area to get the pee out but they couldn’t get all of it out because the kidney stone was too big and it was blocking it, the surgery has been quoted around 5k, if he does not get this operation within 48hrs he will unfortunately pass away, please help me save my dog!
