Ashton’s “I Was Medically Massacred Please Help”

Hi all. I need help and I don’t really know what to do.
I am a trans man named Ashton and I had surgery at a large Seattle hospital a few days ago for my disease. I have HS and a common surgery to treat it is to remove parts of your skin that the disease can effect so that it prevents future flare ups.
I went into surgery yesterday, with the intention of removing skin in my armpit, on my butt, and a small section of my groin area. (On the left labia, but it was a question of whether they were even going to do that section because between the consultation in Feb and yesterday the area cleared up)
The did surgery on me and then sent me home same day. I went to pee for the first time and removed my bandages to find that they have removed ALL of the skin in my groin area, from my ass to the top of the front of my v*gina. All of it. Gone. Giant gaping wound probably a foot long and a foot wide. They literally massacred my g*nitalia, it’s literally so bad I took one look at it and threw up and passed out. It is bleeding nonstop.
They did not get my consent to do this to me.
They did not warn me ahead of time.
In my consult I asked if doing this surgery would effect my eligibility to get bottom surgery in the future. I was assured it wouldn’t. I can’t imagine how that’s true now that I literally have no skin on my groin left.
They did not give me aftercare instructions. They briefly gave my husband instructions in the waiting room but it is not written down anywhere and I don’t know what to do.
After seeing my groin area, I cannot bring myself to I bandage my armpit or butt. I don’t even want to know what they look like.
I’m going to have to go back to the hospital today and be admitted because I’m loosing a lot of blood and I don’t know how to care for my wounds.  
I literally don’t understand how this could have happened, I sat in preop for 5 literal hours. They had plenty of time to run things by me, but I literally woke up after surgery to see my entire g*nital area deskinned after being told it would be a small spot on one side, if the did it at all.
Also they forced me to remove my piercings for surgery (which I understand) but then they lost them. They took about $400 worth of body jewelry from me and then never gave it back. When I got home and realized I filled out a report but the guy said there wasn’t really shit I could do.
I need help. I don’t know what to do.
I won’t be able to go back to work for months now, I was expecting a minor surgery with 4-6 weeks healing time, but that’s not happening now. I’m the only one in my house who can work. I’m at such a loss and I don’t know what to do. Any amount of community support or advice would be welcome.

TL;DR my genitalia was medically massacred without consent by my doctor, and now we do not have a stable income for food, rent, or any additional medical expenses that are currently piling up because I am unable to function in the level of pain and body horror I am currently experiencing. Any amount of sharing or donation would be extremely helpful during this time. 

While I am bedridden I will be looking into malpractice lawsuit options, and will be pursuing that as soon as I am well enough to.
