Hi my name is Aliyah and I have just turned 40 (unbelievable!) I live in the North East of England and am embarrassed to even be here if I’m honest, but I’m struggling big time.

We are all having such a difficult time right now making ends meet, myself included. I am hand to mouth every month. I work really hard as a training professional, normally putting in 50 hours plus a week and for some reason I’m the worst off I’ve ever been. I’ve struggled with my weight for most of my life, and after a DV incident with my ex last year, I’ve been suffering with the aftermath of a dislocated knee. I can’t tell you how much I’m struggling. Exercise is almost impossible and I’ve put on a lot of weight.

I feel so desperate, I would like to go on some weight loss medication. As with most areas within the NHS, my request has been rejected through my GP, so I’m hoping to purchase independently.

Thats where I am hoping you can step in and help me. Looking at the prices I am going to need about £2000 to get to where I’d love to be.

I have never asked anyone for anything in my whole life, and honestly I don’t have anyone in my life I could ask. I’m barely scraping by month to month, so anything you could help me with would be incredible please.
