Hi, my name is David Brower and my daughter, Heather, lost her vision in her left eye in her early 20’s. She had three laser surgeries to cauterize bleeding in her macula resulting in loss of ALL CENTRAL VISION in her left eye in the early 1990’s.

In 2023 she lost her vision in her right eye because of Idiopathic Orbital Inflammatory Syndrome. She was on heavy steroids for four months resulting in some recovery of vision in that eye. But the damage is permanent.

AGAIN…ORIGIN unknown

Because of her vision loss she is no longer able to perform her duties at the job she has loved for over 30 years. Now out of work for over 4 months, she can no longer drive. But she can walk, in the outside world, with some assistance.

She owes $127,000 on her home and tens of thousands of dollars in medical expenses which continue to mount up daily. She was on short term medical leave but that is all used up.
