“Hope from Hour’s Eyes”
I am Reem, a mother of a little girl named Hour. She is the light that illuminates my life, despite the harsh conditions we live in. Our story is just one of thousands of stories in Gaza, but it carries deep pain and great hope.

Hour, a few years old, is a child who loves life. Even though we lost our home and everything we owned, she still smiles and tells me every day:
“Mother, I’m not upset, because you’re with me.”
Her words break me inside. How do I explain to her that I’m unable to secure her most basic rights? How do I explain to her that I’m searching for hope among the ruins of the past?
Today, we live in a small tent that doesn’t protect us from the cold of winter or the heat of summer. Hour always asks me:
“Mother, can I go back to play in my room?”
But the truth is that her room no longer exists. Her favorite toy was destroyed, and her memories are under the rubble.
So, I decided to ask for your help.
We launched the “Hope from Hour’s Eyes” campaign so we can build a small house that will give my little girl a sense of security. I want to see Hour play and sleep in warmth, without worrying about the cold or fear.

How can you help?
1. Donate money to support the construction of our simple house.
2. Give toys or clothes to Hour, so she can feel that her childhood is still going on.
3. Share our story with others so that our voice can reach as many people as possible.
Every little support can make a big difference in my little girl’s life. Together, we can give her a new chance to live her childhood the way she deserves
May God bless your giving and reward you well on our behalf and on behalf of every child waiting for a glimmer of hope.
