Im Nakia and im making this and asking for any help to raise money for damage deposit and rent for my mom, dad, and little brother. On February 7th, my dads birthday, my parents and their neighbors house caught fire. They lost almost everything, only able to salvage a few clothes. Theyve had the worst luck. My mother has a bad heart and my dad suffers from speech aphasia due to prior strokes. Theyre on a fixed income and were not prepared for something so horrible to happen during such a cold time. Anything helps and brings us a step closer to finding them a new home.
