Help my dads' upcoming medical bills and travel

Hello

My family and I feel extremely grateful and overwhelmingly blessed for the amazing response the GoFundMe has gotten thus far. Thank you if you donated, shared or even just sent comforting words to us. All of it meant so much and gave a huge boost of encouragement to my dad.

For the last couple of weeks, my dad has been traveling back and forth doing multiple tests and consultations with his doctors at UCLA. That includes CT testing, MRIs, and lab work.

My dad has been diagnosed with stage 4 nets cancer and kidney cancer but his doctors believe it’s slow growing. This is what we’re hoping for other than it being a huge mistake. He will still be monitored by UCLA for the next coming weeks for any possible growths that may or may not occur.

He will continue with hormonal therapy and hopefully prepare for surgery in the near future to remove the big mass in the kidney.

Thank you again to everyone, we honestly couldn’t have stayed hopeful without the support of those around us.

Hello, my name is Ronnily. My dad Ronaldo Viray, has recently been diagnosed with cancer...with what kind? That we are still in the process of figuring it out. His cancer unfortunately is an extremely rare case that not many have encountered. Thankfully, he has an amazing group of doctors trying to find out the solution! The downside is that it means a ton more testing for him. We are currently located in Las Vegas but a good amount of his care is being done at UCLA at the moment. Therefore that means a lot of travel on his part. My parents will be sacrificing a lot in order for my dad to get the best care possible.

My dad is simply the best. He takes care of everyone around him and cares deeply for others. He has sacrificed and worked hard his entire life. The last thing my family and I would like for him to worry about is money during this time. Our main priority is for him to get better and fight this cancer. His slogan for this battle? "We're gonna beat this shit!" and that he will!

These funds will go to help pay for his medical bills and travel expenses.
