My dad Pat Hayes

Hi, my name is Dayton and I am fundraising to help my dad, Pat Hayes, who has received three organ transplants! First a heart, then liver and finally a kidney. We are forever grateful for these amazing gifts of life! My dad is unable to return to work at this time. His short term disability has run out, and he does not qualify for medical EI. He just needs a bit of a helping hand to get back on his feet financially. He has gone through so much in his life, and this would put his mind at ease.
