Help My Dad get to his life-saving Stem Cell Transplant

My names Jack, the guy in the photo is John, my Dad. A few months ago, he went to London (£500) to have a stem cell transplant Pre-op (checkup basically). They told him he had a blood clot in his artery. So getting the actual operation would have to wait. Why did he need it to begin with? 1.5 years ago he had a heart attack that he was lucky to survive from. So many daily tablets, so much breathlessness, and the doctor said his works on '16% efficiency'. Couple cheat meals away or a jumpscare from death basically if his luck runs out. So I need your help to get him there, I'm heading into uni year 2 so a lot of our funds went to me recently. The operation is the 9th of October, a week after his 59th nearly! Please help save my Dad, without this I worry he won't see me graduate one day.
