My dad, Elmer Concepcion ❤️

My name is Aalijah Jordan. My dad recently lost his battle to mental health at the age of 44. He was the strongest man in my life, my biggest inspiration. My wish for him, as his 19 year old daughter - is to be able to raise funds to afford the cost of his funeral service. He battled so many thoughts in his mind - but the one thought i don’t want him to have as he’s looking over me, is that his daughter doesn’t care.
