Hello everyone,

My name is Marites, and I am Kuya Jerzon’s cousin. I’m currently living in Canada, but my heart is with my family back home in the Philippines—especially with Jerzon, who is now facing one of the hardest battles of his life.

Kuya Jerzon has been diagnosed with rectal cancer, and for almost 3 months, he has been enduring intense and unbearable pain every single day. It’s heartbreaking to watch from afar—knowing he is suffering and feeling helpless because of the distance.

The doctors advised that his immunotherapy treatment should have started weeks ago, but sadly, it has been delayed due to financial limitations. Every day of waiting is another day of pain and uncertainty for him and our family.

Despite everything, Kuya Jerzon continues to fight with incredible faith and courage. He believes in God and trusts that help will come. As a family, we are holding on to that same hope.

This is why I am humbly starting this GoFundMe campaign—to raise funds so Kuya Jerzon can finally begin his treatment. The funds will go directly to medical expenses, including immunotherapy, hospital fees, medications, and other treatment-related costs.
