Peewees surgery emergency Please help

. Lost my father from Covid in April . I work part time trying to finish my bachelors degree and a single mother. I am also taking cAre of my mother and it’s just not easy. My peewee has helped me during my sadness and depression.My peewee is bleeding and I know it’s because of his kidney stone in his bladder and his collapse treacha he sounds horrible! I don’t want to loose him . He still active but I don’t want to loose him or put him down ! I just don’t have the money for surgery . I took him to a low cost mobile vet but I just don’t have more money ;they want to do surgery.  Please if anyone can help me . You will save an animal; that doesn’t deserve to die. He is my family and help me and my son cope through my fathers death do yo COVID-19. Please help us thank you.
