My cat Pepé has been struggling with a bladder issue for a few months now. We’ve wracked up about $10,000 of vet debt in emergency visits alone. Now in order to fix the issue and keep him alive, he needs to get a $4000 surgery. Without this surgery he risks heart failure. I love this animal with all my heart, and seeing him in pain breaks me beyond words. As a student doing all they can balancing school and working part time, I fear I don’t have the means to keep my most precious friend free of pain and alive. I appreciate anything at all, I just want him happy, alive, and free of pain. He is my light in this world.
