Hello, my name is Brooklyn! I'm 18 years old, and I was recently let go from my job due to circumstances that affected my well-being and a broken ankle. I was unable to go in for a couple of months.

I now suspect my cat Georgie has a UTI, and unfortunately for male felines, UTIs are very fatal and dangerous. If Georgie does survive the first 24-48 hours, unfortunately, he might have some irreversible damage to his bladder and kidneys. I need to take him to the vet as soon as possible, but due to being let go from my job, I have no money for his vet bills.

I recently found Georgie on the roof of my neighbor's house. He was very skinny, had bite scars all over him, and a deep cut to the eye. I took him in and began to nurse him; this was around four weeks ago. I believe God gave me Georgie to help me in this dark time I've been in, to show me a reason to keep going in this life. God gave me a reason to get up and get out of bed every day, and he especially gave me a best friend.
