My cat broke his leg and needs surgery

My kitty, Zenzero (Italian for “Ginger”), has broken his upper humerus in half, just below the shoulder, and needs surgery with pins and plates. I have some pet insurance, which will cover about half, but I have to pay everything up front. The cost is estimated at $4,500, give or take! Please help me help my cat! I could arrange to refund everyone who contributes here. I just don’t have all the money right now!
