My cat Andy’s vet bills

My name is Annette Nevels. My cat Andy was shot March 1st by a pellet gun which shattered his femur on his back leg. It will be amputated on Wednesday. I am raising money to pay for his surgery, amputation, and initial bills which are in the thousands.
