My calling to Colombia!

Heyyyyo! I’m Brad, and I've got some exciting news to share with you! In just three months, I'll be leaving on an incredible journey to Colombia with Into The Light International, an organization that's all about spreading love, education, and essential life skills to orphans both in and out of protective homes. But before I dive into the details, let me tell you a bit about myself.

I've always been a wild adventurer at heart, thanks to a childhood spent bouncing around various countries while my family was involved in mission work. At 17, I joined the army, and I've been serving my country for the past five years. People who know me often describe me as outgoing, easy to get along with, and the life of the party. I'm all about meeting new folks, sharing new experiences, and embracing the incredible journey that life takes me on.

Now, I'm incredibly grateful for the unique path that has brought me here, but I believe it's time for the next chapter. God has called and I must go.

Into The Light International is a fantastic US nonprofit organization that operates in several countries across Central and South America, including Colombia. Their mission? To provide a second chance for those who might not otherwise have one. They achieve this in several impactful ways:

1. **Education:** They offer education programs to children in orphanages and protective homes, giving them valuable skills to prepare for life outside these institutions.

2. **Empowerment:** Into The Light International assists orphans and individuals with special needs by providing internship opportunities and helping them find jobs, thus promoting financial independence.

3. **Transition Homes:** For those who have no place to go after leaving orphanages or protective homes, ITLI provides transition homes. These homes offer mentorship, discipleship, job opportunities, and life skills training, all within a safe family environment.

They are changing lives every single day, and they've asked me to join them in this incredible journey. My role will be in their **Media and Marketing department**, where I'll be capturing inspiring stories, the tough moments, and the everyday life that makes this organization so special. I'll be the bridge that helps expand ITLI's reach, whether through support, finding partners and volunteers, or simply sharing the incredible work they do.

**Now, here's where you come in. I'd like to invite you to be a part of this exciting new chapter with me. There are several ways you can get involved, and I'm asking that you commit to at least one:**

- **Financial Donation:** For the next 3 months I am trying to raise 25,000 dollars to help support the transition down to Colombia! All this money will go towards my salary, food, housing, bills, but ultimately it will be going to Into The Light as a whole!
