My buddy, Nick, needs your help!

Nick and I have been friends for 25 years. He's a great guy, a great friend, an awesome dad to his son, Jared. A few days ago, Nick and Jared were woken in the middle of the night by their beautiful dog. There was a fire and the farmhouse they were living in was engulfed in flames. They all rushed to get out. Firefighters arrived. Everyone got out. Except their dog. The house quickly turned to ash- taking all their material possessions with it. All were rushed to hospital, where Jared still remains. Second degree burns on his face and hands. Thankfully, they'll be ok. Although, now they need to rebuild from the ground up. The farmhouse was supposed to be a fresh start. Help me help them find another fresh start.

Side note- this is not he first tragedy to strike this family. Jared has Vascular EDS. It's a severe form of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and it is extremely rare, affecting 1 in 200,000 people. Here is no cure or real treatment. It is an inherited disorder that already took the life of Jared's mother. Which is why this farmhouse was so important to Nick and Jared. Fixing up this house was going to be a project they could do together.
