My name is Anna, and I am raising funds to support my brother, who was in an accident last Dec 2024 by a drunk driver in the Philippines. He is only 25 years old. He has more years to live. His left arm was injured and unable to function because one of the nerves was damaged. He is on the waitlist to get surgery done through the government fund in the Philippines, but there are 100 patients before him, and we dont know when he is gonna get it done. So, we decided to go through a private surgeon, but it would cost us almost half a million pesos, which is about $12,000 Canadian.
