My brother’s Medical emergency

Hi everyone, my name is Pamela Castellanos, I am the sister of Glenn Patrick Roaden who lives in Belize, Central America. Glenn is a very talented Belizean graphic designer and entrepreneur. He has always worked to support his family and himself financially but lately, a majority of his finances have been alocated to medical fees for yearly checkups which has increased drastically lately. Diagnosis Severe Prostatitis, 2020 - after suffering from frequent urinating, UTIs, and painful urinary changes that started over a decade ago. Dr. Miranda (UroMedica, Urology Clinic) Ulcerative Colitis, April 2023 - after suffering from lower abdominal pains, H.Phylori, candida, amebas, chronic constipation among other symptoms for years. Dr. Gabourel (Belize Specialists Hospital / Gastroenterology & Endoscopy Center) A biopsy was taken and it was sent to the USA put up to now no results can be provided which doctors are stating is crucial in helping give the best treatment for his current conditions: Severe allergic reaction to medications he was taking due to a leishmaniasis infection in his ear that wasn't healing and suspected dengue. It is suspected that a combination of meds and injections, he had an adverse reaction causing him to be hospitalized for over a week. On May 29th, 2023, after being released and the allergic reactions continued he went to see a second internist Dr. Ivan De Paz (St. Luke Hospital). He recommended a hopital and doctor for Glenn go see to Merida, Mexico as soon as possible for better medical attention. I am kindly asking for assistance for my brother with medical expenses.
