Hello, my name is Shelly.

Today, September 27, 2023, at around 730 am I received a text message from my sister asking if I had my police scanner on because there was a fatal accident by her husband's work, and he never came home and she was unable to get in touch with him.

Hours later, we learned that he was the one involved in the fatal accident and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

He had no life insurance through work, my sister does not work, she stays home to care for their daughter and she has alot of medical issues on her own.

My sister lost everything in the blink of an eye this morning.

Matt was the financial care taker for the family and now he is gone.

I am asking for any amount you can give to help out in this difficult time.

Matt was a wonderful person

He did everything he could to help out his family. He was the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back. His daughter was his world. They were inseparable. It's so heartbreaking to know my niece has to live the rest of her life without her hero now.

My sister is beyond devastated. Matt was her best friend, her husband, and her whole world. She has been having alot of heart related health problems this past year and Matt is the one that has been her beacon of hope. She wouldn't have made it this far without him and now she has to face life without him.

Please pray for my sister, my niece, and for our family as we say our goodbyes to Matthew.
