My brother in law injured at work

My brother in law was at work and something exploded and he was airlifted to burn center at Childrens Hospital. They are favorable that he will pull out of it but he's burned from belt line to neck and some on his face and arms. His kidneys could fail and he could die. He has a wife and five kids..
