Update as of 7/7/22:

Matt is out of the hospital but still currently on Maui as he has to continue to go back to the hospital for IV antibiotics and physicial therapy. Matt will have to remain on Maui until the doctors believe the bone infection is undercontrol. He is improving every day but he still has a long recovery ahead of him and not out of the woods yet. Thank you to everyone who has supported him throughout this time. It is appreciated!

On Saturday 5/28, my brother Matt was involved in a serious motorcycle accident and is currently in ICU. He has a compound fracture to his tibia and multiple fractures to his fibula. He had to have emergency surgery to have screws and a rod placed He also experienced severe blood loss. Matt is currently fighting an infection in his leg which resulted in him having to have a second surgery with a third one scheduled for a few days later. He will have to begin physicial therapy and has an estimated time of 4-6 months recovery. Unfortunately this means he will be out of work during this time. I'm hoping to help relieve some of his stress of medical bills but also his monthly bills in general as he needs the support in order to relieve the stress of supporting his three young children. Anything is appreciated. Please continue to keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
