End of Life Expenses for David Irizarry

Greetings to all. For the past 25 years, we, my two sisters and I, have been living with the knowledge and pain that our talented and once successful businessman brother would meet the inevitable consequences of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). A once vibrant and energetic man, David’s physical and mental capacities have quickly declined and rendered him incapable of moving, speaking or caring for himself. He now lies helpless and hopeless in a nursing home receiving hospice care days away from passing. We are humbly asking for financial assistance to provide David with his last wishes to be cremated and have his remains placed alongside our mother in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico. David’s love for Mami’s hometown are evident in his landscape paintings of the natural beauty of this small town with its charming residents and fresh mountain air. Many of our cousins continue to enjoy Adjuntas and await his remains with much love. As we yearn to accomplish this sad mission, expenses will include cremation, burial and our transportation to Adjuntas to accompany his remains. Our gratitude will last forever.

Saludos. Nuestro hermano David ha sufrido esclerosis múltiple (MS por siglas en inglés) por 35 años. Quien una vez fue talentoso y vibrante, logró éxitos en negocios propios y ayudó a su prójimo, ahora espera su deceso postrado en una cama sin esperanzas de recuperación. Mis hermanas y yo añoramos cumplir sus deseos de cremación y de que sus restos descansen al lado de Mami en Adjuntas, Puerto Rico. David mostró su cariño por el pequeño y hermoso pueblo montañoso en sus pinturas mientras residió con Mami unos años a principios de su triste enfermedad. Estaremos eternamente agradecidas por su ayuda mientras en Adjuntas esperan sus restos con mucho amor.
