Meet Brandi — a loving wife and devoted mother of five. She’s the kind of woman who always puts others first, offering her love, kindness, and a helping hand, even when she’s facing her own battles. I had the pleasure of getting to know her and despite her own battles, she has always been a voice of reason and a shoulder to lean on whenever I felt weak. She has shown me the type of strength I could only hope to have, if ever faced with the turbulence life has given her. Throughout it all, she smiles and keeps her faith. Let me tell you about her incredible story.
Brandi’s journey began 25 years ago at just 28 years old, when she was diagnosed with Ductal Carcinoma of the breast. She fought hard through chemotherapy, radiation, a lumpectomy, and lymph node removal. Despite her strength, she sustained permanent lung damage from radiation called Lung Fibrosis, which went unnoticed until 2021, when she became gravely ill with Flu Type A. She was placed on a ventilator for 17 days, and we soon learned her lung function had dropped to just 64%.
In 2022, Brandi was diagnosed with HER2 Stage 3 Breast Cancer, which had spread to her lymphatic system. She underwent chemotherapy again, followed by a double mastectomy. Today, she’s still fighting through weekly chemotherapy, but her lung function has worsened to only 26%.
This journey has come with overwhelming expenses — medical bills, medications, supplies, and daily living costs — all compounded by the fact that her husband is their only income supporting their family of five.
Brandi is one of the most humble and selfless women I know! She’s always there for others, willing to give her last to help someone in need and never expects anything in return. To be able to create this for her and help her to not have to worry financially is something I take a lot of pride in. If anyone deserves your help and your compassion, it is her! She's such a great soul and Im so happy to call her not just a friend, but my family!
Now, she needs us!! ❤️
We’re asking for your prayers and support to help her through this difficult time. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to giving her the gift of hope and healing and will help ease her burdens!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Please, help me, help a friend
