My name is Tatiana, Just under a year ago, my heart broke when my dog went missing, leaving behind months of uncertainty, fear, and unanswered questions.
We never stopped hoping, and recently, against all odds, we finally found him.
He was discovered far from home, badly injured, and in critical condition. While the relief of knowing he’s alive is indescribable and unbelievable.
Its been replaced by an overwhelming reality as he now requires urgent and extensive veterinary care to stabilize him and give him a fighting chance at recovery.
The medical costs are significant, and time is critical. Our greatest hope, once he is well enough, is to fly him to Australia so he can finally come home and be reunited with his brother, where he can heal surrounded by familiarity, safety, and love.
We are fundraising to help cover his emergency vet treatment, ongoing care, and the costs of transporting him home, and any support whether through donations or sharing our story means more than words can express.
Every contribution brings us one step closer to saving his life and reuniting our family after nearly a year of heartbreak and hope.
As yous may be wondering Marlene Taha Symons is my mother. She was the main poster about him going missing and you will find her posts on Facebook!
The account number can’t be an nz account so it will be going straight to my mum and sent straight to my sister, the one who’s currently got him !
Awhile after he went missing, yes me and mum migrated to Australia for better money and better opportunities. That didn’t stop us from searching, we had family back home looking for him on the daily hoping and praying for his return one day, that day has come !
We are hoping to get him healthy and back to the dog we once knew, once he is healthy the option of him coming to Australia will be moved forward.
i would individually love to thank each and everyone that has helped along our journey with our boy patches, appreciation can’t be put into words ❤️
