My Big Brother Justin (Smokey Smoke) Hoffman

My big brother had a cardiac arrest on Tuesday March 12th. Just after noon and his brain was with out oxygen for a time unknown but a time far to long

and has been in the Concord Hospital since. And today they pronounced him brain dead. . I am forever broken and have lost the closest friend to me I have ever known. And I know have to face my parents after them losing their first child. We come from no money and are gonna try our hardest to get the funds for cremation and a service/celebration of life. With the help of anybody out there who knows my brother and loved him as much as I did I ask for help now more than I can imagine I ever will again . Not sure how much time we have. My brain can’t even think like that right now but thank yu in advance for wat we do accomplish and Justin Blake Hoffman I love you with all of my heart and I am forever sorry for the heartfelt times tho I will never forget your smile laugh love and stupidity you were my favorite to be bro.
