It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing the death of my dear older brother, Philip Chiuchiolo (alot of you know him as Chenzo). For those of you that knew him, knew that he was a good hearted, FUNNY, LOVING, one of a kind man. Phil fought through his own personal battles in Life, and always came out STRONG ! Him & his high school sweetheart, Stacey Hoffman, built a beautiful life together, with two kids Phillip (14yrs old) and Lilah Rae (4years old). Despite any obstacles sent their way. They lived by the quote ""OHANA", Which means family and family means no one gets left behind or forgotten!"

They — meaning anyone — will tell you that you should prepare for death. Death is inevitable. No one is too good to beat it. HOWEVER, this was unexpected and tragic to our family to say the least.

My brother was a rare soul, one of a kind. Heaven truly gained an angel to be reckoned with — in the best way.

We will try to find some comfort in the thought of him being greeted by his Mother, And Yai Yai (upstairs). As well as many of his friends who have unfortunately passed away before him .

As you can see - Stacey and his two kids were not prepared for funeral and medical expenses.

A few community members reached out asking if there is a go-fund to help my brothers family and children , being this was so unexpected and left our family heart broken and shattered.

Anything you can help donate at this point would be extremely appreciated, And if you can't it's understandable, you just sharing this with your friends and family, Would be a tremendous help!!

Im just hoping to give his wife And kids a little bit less of a Burden during this already difficult time.

And for those of you that are wondering my brother suffered from a blood infection, That spread into his bone, then his blood , And unfortunately traveled into his organs. My brother fought until the end and those who had the pleasure of meeting him and knowing him can vouge that he

Is a one of a kind, amazing person inside and out, and this world seemed too cruel for his big heart.
