Today was the scariest day of my life.

I had to have an emergency c-section and Scarlett had to be taken by ambulance an hour away to Renown for a skull fracture.

Her skull is pushed in on part of the backside of her head and they need to do a ct scan on her to see if it’s affecting her brain at all.

I was not able to leave the hospital because of my surgery, but her dad followed the ambulance there and is now in the NICU with her.

I will be going to the hospital after I am hopefully released from here tomorrow evening so that I can be with her.

I am not doing well with my newborn baby being taken away so quickly, I am beyond terrified, and just really trying to hold it together.

I was able to hold her for about 30 minutes before the crew arrived to take her to Reno, but I feel like there’s a huge hole missing from me.
