BENNY THE FRENCHIE

It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce Benny, my beloved 7-year-old French Bulldog, has been unexpectedly diagnosed with gastrointestinal lymphoma and has started expensive chemotherapy treatments. This aggressive disease is unfortunately incurable, however, with chemotherapy, lymphoma can often be put into remission to improve his quality of life. Benny came into my life as a puppy during a time I truly needed him the most. I can never thank him enough for all the joy and genuine happiness he has brought to me over the past several years. Looking back, I feel that he was put on this earth just for me. He has saved me in so many ways, and now he needs my help through his rough road ahead. It is hard for me to imagine my life without him. He means everything to me and I want nothing more than to keep him as happy and comfortable as possible during the time he has left while preserving his dignity.
