2020 has been a difficult year for most, especially in the food service industry.
We have dealt with closures, huge financial losses, positivities and a kitchen fire to name a few. All of which we can overcome given enough time.
Today we deal with our most devastating challenge by far. "my beautiful Claudia" as I often refer to her as, has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Claudia has been with me for 13 years and is the best employee, sweetest girl and great friend one could wish for. With little to no warning to speak of, overnight her life and our lives dramatically changed.
With no insurance and no savings to speak of, we humbly ask for your financial support to help Claudia, her children and grandchild.
