My Bar Exam Redemption (DC July 2026 Edition)

Donation protected
I have been about service and creativity my entire life. It was never my plan to end up in law school but it has opened doors to opportunities that I could have never imagined. I have fought and clawed to make my time in law school and after it a benefit to my community. Now I am at a point where I need to really overcome the Bar Exam.  There are thought pieces all over the place about the lack of diversity in the law. I seek to help change that.

After taking the Bar in NC, three times, and getting close to passing each time despite absurd things happening (my computer dying minutes before taking the test the second time). So, now I am looking to take the Bar Exam in NY in July 2021. The license opens doors to places where decisions are made. I want to take a more prominent role in serving my community and the world. I need your help. This test is expensive (and NY is cheaper than NC).

Your donations will go toward:

MPRE: The Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam in March 2021 ($135)
Study Materials: ($3000-4000)--It's expensive out here
A new laptop: Just trust me here ($700-1500)
Testing Fees: ($1200)--Bar Applications are expensive
Travel Costs: ($1500)

I need to make some financial decisions in January 2021. Bar Application is due in April. Any additional funds will be donated to the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund.

I will make update videos as I study and prep. Thank you again for your consideration and help. Together we will achieve more.
